Women’s Retreats
The mission of our wellness retreats is to create spaces and opportunities for those willing to step through with compassion and connect back into themselves. We do this through movement, coaching, breath-work, and community.
6 Week Sisterhood Workshop
Six Week Sisterhood will be focused around a weekly theme, implementing tools through body practice and partner practices, journaling and sharing. We will hold each other up and accountable knowing that we rise by lifting each other up. Come and serve your wisdom while learning from each other.
